Warning! Risk of injury from fuel under high pressure. Before opening the high-pressure circuit of the injection system, the fuel pressure must be released to residual pressure. Dirt may cause malfunctions.
Remove the intake manifold. Remove the high-pressure pipe. Disconnect connector "1". Unscrew the screws "arrows" and remove the fuel distributor from the fuel injectors.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace the sealing ring.
Install the fuel rail with the corresponding seats on the injectors. Press the fuel rail onto the injectors until it stops, first on the right, then on the left. Press the fuel rail down in the bracket area with force and screw in the screws 2 turns. Tighten the screws evenly crosswise. Install the high-pressure pipe. Install the intake manifold.
