Removal and installation the toothed pulley of the coolant pump drive (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Remove the coolant pump. Loosen bolt "1" using stop "T10172" with adapters "T10172/2". Unscrew the bolt and remove toothed pulley "2".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Install the toothed pulley. The notches "1" and "2" in the camshaft are located asymmetrically. The holes "arrows" in the toothed pulley are also located asymmetrically.



Install the timing belt on the camshaft so that the asymmetrically located notches are exactly in the middle of the corresponding holes. Install the coolant pump.
