Warning! Risk of injury from fuel jet. To relieve fuel pressure before opening the fuel system, wrap the connection with a clean rag and carefully loosen the connection. Dirt may cause malfunctions.
Disconnect the fuel pressure line "1" and the pipeline to the adsorber "2".
Unlock the "arrow" lock and disconnect the vacuum hose "1". Release the vacuum hose from the fasteners on the air duct "2". Release the air hoses from the fasteners on the boost air pipe.
Disconnect connector "1". -Arrows- ignore.
Unlock the "arrow" clamps using the "T10527" puller and remove the air duct.
Disconnect the connectors.
1. Electromagnetic valve 1 adsorber "N80"
3. Throttle body "J338"
4. Intake manifold pressure sensor -G71-
Unscrew the screw "arrow". Press the release buttons and disconnect the hose "2" of the adsorber. Release the fuel line "5" and the cooling system line "6" from the fasteners on the intake manifold and move them to the side. Remove the connector "2" of the low oil pressure sensor "F378" "1".
Unscrew screw "1" and clamp the coolant hose with hose clamps up to 25 mm -MR7-602 (3094)-. Loosen clamps "arrows" and disconnect the cooling system hoses.
Disconnect the wiring harness "1", coolant hose "3" and crankcase ventilation hose "2" from the intake manifold. Unscrew the screws - arrows*.
Do not touch position "1".
Remove intercooler "1" from the intake manifold by moving forward and simultaneously in the direction of the "arrow". Move the intercooler to the side. Unscrew the screws "arrows".
Do not touch position "1". Remove intake manifold "2".
Installation in reverse order.
Intake manifold tightening torque and order
Tighten the screws in stages as follows.
Note: Replace gaskets and sealing rings.
Install the noise-insulating casing. Install the air filter housing.
