Installation



Note: Replace the screws that are tightened to the specified angle. Replace the sealing rings, gaskets and self-locking nuts.


Check the oil passages in the upper part of the oil pan and in the cylinder block for contamination. Clean the mounting surfaces from oil and grease.

Note: The sealant must not be expired (see expiration date).


Cut off the tip of the tube of sealant at the mark located on its end (the hole diameter should be approximately 2 mm).



Caution! Risk of clogging the lubrication system due to excess sealant. The sealant layer thickness must not exceed the prescribed one.


Apply a bead of sealant "arrow" to the cleaned seating surface of the upper part of the oil pan, as shown in the figure. Thickness of the sealant bead: 2...3 mm.
