Removal and installation engine mounts (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Remove the cover of the drainage box. Remove the engine cover. Disconnect the "2" connector. Unscrew the bolt "1". Remove the "3" hose from the adsorber. Remove the retainers with an arrow screwdriver and set the expansion tank of the cooling system aside. Remove the caps of the threaded connections of the front shock strut cups. Install adapter-MR9-200/18 - with hook-MR9-200/10 - on the traverse "T30099" with support-10-222A / 31-.



Install the crossmember "T30099" with the support -10-222A/31- and the support "T30119" on the threaded connections of the front shock absorber strut cups, as shown in the figure. Evenly tighten the power unit using the lead screw, but do not lift it.



Unscrew the bolts "arrows" and engine support "1".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Checking the position of the power unit supports.
