Parts and units of the drive using a poly V-belt

1. Poly V-belt: check for wear: before removing, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen (installing a used poly V-belt with the wrong direction of rotation can lead to its destruction); don't overdo it; when installing a poly V-belt, pay attention to its correct position in the pulley

2. Poly V-belt tension roller: To loosen the poly V-belt tension, turn it with a wrench; fix with a punch -T10060A-

3. 8 Nm and turn 45° (1/8 rev): replace

4. 150 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn): replace; wet the sealing ring with engine oil; when loosening and tightening use the stop "T10355"

Warning! Risk of engine damage. Do not turn the crankshaft with the bolt unscrewed - this may change the valve timing.

5. O-ring: Not available as a separate part, supplied with bolt

6. Poly V-belt pulley: with torsional vibration damper

Warning! Risk of engine damage. Do not turn the crankshaft from the TDC position with the pulley removed - this may change the valve timing.

7. Bracket for mounted units

8. Gasket: replace

9. Bolt

10. 23 Nm

11. Three-phase alternating current generator

12. Mounting bushings: air conditioning compressor

13. Air conditioning compressor: do not open the refrigerant circuit

14. 25 Nm
