Note.
- The trunk lid lock rod can be adjusted by means of enlarged holes for the mounting bolts in the horizontal and vertical directions.
- The rod must be adjusted so that it is centered in the recess in the door for the locking mechanism.
1. Loosen the mounting screws (1) shown in the figure below.
2. Adjust the position of the door lock rod (2) by moving it in the directions shown in the figure below.
3. Without tightening the fastening screws, close the luggage compartment door and make sure that it closes properly. Then tighten the fastening screws finally with a tightening torque of 20 Nm.

Adjusting rubber buffers
1. Adjust the buffers so that the luggage compartment door (1) closes without any force.
2. Unscrew the buffers (2) approximately 2 mm in height from the luggage compartment door.
3. The luggage compartment door must close without applying excessive force.
