Note.
- The tailgate lock stem can be adjusted horizontally and vertically through enlarged holes on the mounting bolts.
- The stem must be adjusted so that it is located in the center of the recess in the door for the locking lock.
1. Loosen the fastening screws (1), shown in the figure below.
2. Adjust the position of the door lock rod (2), by moving it in the directions shown in the figure below.
3. Without tightening the fixing screws, close the tailgate and make sure it closes properly. Then finally tighten the fastening screws with a tightening torque of 20 Nm.
Adjustment of rubber buffers
1. Adjust the buffers so that the tailgate (1) closed without any effort.
2. Unscrew the buffers (2) approximately 2 mm in height from the tailgate.
3. The tailgate must close without applying excessive force.
