Installation

1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Position the fuel hoses so that they are not excessively bent.

Make sure the fuel hoses are securely connected to the fuel filter.

Do not confuse the supply and return fuel lines (return fuel line blue or with blue marking, supply fuel line white or with white marking).

The fuel and coolant hoses must be pressed back into the fastener.

2. Fill the system and remove air from the fuel system. To do this, connect the diagnostic, measuring and information system "VAS 505x" and perform the function "Removing air from the fuel system". The fuel pump is activated for 180 s only.
