The horn only works when the ignition is on. The horn buttons are built into the steering wheel trim and are marked with the appropriate pictograms (near the upper spokes of the steering wheel). Press the pad without applying significant force, since the horn switch is combined with the driver's front airbag unit.
On DSG models, paddle shifters can be fitted to the rear of the steering wheel (see Section 23).
