Caution: When installing new gears or a new secondary (driven) shaft, observe the technical data. Both tapered roller bearings must be replaced together.
Secondary (driven) shaft
1 – hexagonal nut, 25 Nm + 90° (4 pcs for bearing mounting); 2 – clutch housing; 3 – adjusting gasket; 4 – outer ring of tapered roller bearing, small; 5 – inner ring of tapered roller bearing, small; 6 – secondary (driven) shaft (matched with differential gear, replace together); 7 – inner ring of tapered roller bearing, large; 8 – sealing ring (put sealing rings (4 pcs.) on the bearing mounting screws); 9 – bearing mount, with outer ring of tapered roller bearing, large, and screws (the outer ring should only be replaced together with the large tapered roller bearing and bearing mount); 10 – thrust ring (the flange of the thrust ring is directed towards the tapered roller bearing); 11 – 1st gear pinion; 12 – needle bearing (for 1st gear); 13 – synchronizer locking ring for 1st gear; 14 – sliding clutch with synchronizer carriage for 1st and 2nd gears (after removing the retaining ring, pos. 15, remove through the bearing mount); 15 – retaining ring; 16 – synchronizer locking ring for 2nd gear (check the degree of wear, install so that the recesses fit into the locks of the sliding sleeve, pos. 14); 17 – outer ring (insert into the synchronizer locking ring, pos. 16, replace if there are signs of wear or scoring; 18 – synchronizer locking ring (inner ring, check the degree of wear of the ring, check the degree of wear of the projections); 19 – 2nd gear pinion; 20 – needle bearing (for 2nd gear); 21 – thrust ring; 22 – Needle bearing bushing for 3rd gear (remove together with 2nd gear); 23 – needle bearing (for 3rd gear); 24 – 3rd gear pinion; 25 – blocking ring; synchronizer for 3rd gear (check the degree of wear); 26 – sliding clutch with synchronizer carriage for 3rd and 4th gears (remove together with the 2nd gear, pos. 19 and 3rd gear, pos. 24); 27 – bushing (needle bearing, remove together with sliding clutch and synchronizer carriage for 3rd and 4th gears, pos. 26); 28 – needle bearing (for 4th gear); 29 – synchronizer locking ring for 4th gear (check the degree of wear); 30 – 4th gear pinion; 31 – thrust ring; 32 – needle bearing (for secondary (driven) shaft); 33 – gearbox housing; 34 – bushing (needle bearing of primary (drive) shaft); 35 – 5th gear pinion; 36 – disc spring; 37 – screw M10, 80 Nm (with their help the disc spring is held)
