Secondary (slave) shaft
1 – hex nut, 25 Nm + 90° (4 things. for bearing mounting); 2 - clutch housing; 3 - adjusting gasket; 4 - the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing, small; 5 - the inner ring of the tapered roller bearing, small; 6 - secondary (slave) shaft (matching a pair with a differential gear, replace together); 7 - the inner ring of the tapered roller bearing, large; 8 - sealing ring (put on o-rings (4 things.) on the bearing screws); 9 - bearing mount, with the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing, large, and screws (Replace outer ring only together with large tapered roller bearing and bearing mount); 10 - thrust ring (shoulder of thrust ring points towards tapered roller bearing); 11 - gear wheel of the 1st gear; 12 - needle bearing (for 1st gear); 13 – a blocking ring of the synchronizer for the 1st transfer; 14 - sliding clutch with synchronizer carriage for 1st and 2nd gears (after removing the retaining ring, pos. 15, remove through the bearing mount); 15 - retaining ring; 16 - synchronizer blocking ring for 2nd gear (check the degree of wear, install in such a way that the notches fit into the locks of the sliding sleeve, pos. 14); 17 - outer ring (insert into the synchronizer blocking ring, pos. 16, replace if there are signs of wear or scoring; 18 - synchronizer blocking ring (inner ring, check ring wear, check lugs wear); 19 - gear wheel of the 2nd gear; 20 - needle bearing (for 2nd gear); 21 - thrust ring; 22 - bushing of a needle bearing for 3rd gear (remove together with 2nd gear); 23 - needle bearing (for 3rd gear); 24 - gear wheel of the 3rd gear; 25 - blocking ring; synchronizer for 3rd gear (check the degree of wear); 26 - sliding clutch with synchronizer carriage for 3rd and 4th gears (remove together with the 2nd gear, pos. 19th and 3rd gears, pos. 24); 27 - sleeve (needle bearing, remove together with sliding sleeve and synchronizer carriage for 3rd and 4th gears, pos. 26); 28 - needle bearing (for 4th gear); 29 - synchronizer blocking ring for 4th gear (check the degree of wear); 30 - gear wheel of the 4th gear; 31 - thrust ring; 32 - needle bearing (for secondary (slave) shaft); 33 - gearbox housing; 34 - sleeve (needle bearing primary (leading) shaft); 35 - gear wheel of the 5th gear; 36 - Belleville spring; 37 - screw M10, 80 Nm (with their help, a belleville spring adheres)
