Attention! If the replacement of parts results in a shift in the position of the tapered roller bearings, the primary (drive) shaft must be readjusted.
Primary (drive) shaft
1 – clutch housing; 2 – outer ring of tapered roller bearing; 3 – inner ring of tapered roller bearing (knock off from primary (drive) shaft using a mandrel); 4 – primary (drive) shaft; 5 – gear for 3rd gear; 6 – retaining ring (replace every time); 7 – gear for 4th gear (remove together with the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing and the sleeve, the flange is directed towards 3rd gear); 8 – inner ring of tapered roller bearing (remove together with the gear for 4th gear and sleeve); 9 – thrust ring; 10 – outer ring of tapered roller bearing; 11 – adjusting gasket; 12 – gearbox housing; 13 – bushing (for needle bearing, remove together with gear for 4th gear and inner ring of tapered roller bearing) Before starting assembly, the thrust ring (pos. 9) should be installed; 14 – needle bearing; 15 – 5th gear pinion (remove together with the synchronizer carriage for 5th gear); 16 – synchronizer locking ring for 5th gear (with tides of constipation, check the degree of wear); 17 – spring (assembly position); 18 – constipation (3 pcs, assembly position); 19 – synchronizer carriage for 5th gear; 20 – 5th gear sliding clutch 21 – disc spring; 22 – screw M10, 80 Nm (it holds the disc spring in place)
