Attention! If the position of the tapered roller bearings has shifted as a result of replacing parts, the primary adjustment must be re-adjusted (leading) shaft.
Primary (leading) shaft
1 - clutch housing; 2 - the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing; 3 - the inner ring of the tapered roller bearing (push off the primary (leading) shaft using a mandrel); 4 - primary (leading) shaft; 5 - gear for 3rd gear; 6 - retaining ring (replace every time); 7 - gear for 4th gear (remove together with the outer race of the tapered roller bearing and the sleeve, the shoulder is directed towards the 3rd gear); 8 - the inner ring of the tapered roller bearing (remove together with gear for 4th gear and sleeve); 9 - thrust ring; 10 - the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing; 11 - adjusting gasket; 12 - gearbox housing; 13 - sleeve (for needle bearing, remove together with 4th gear and tapered roller bearing inner race) Before starting the assembly, the thrust ring must be installed (pos.9); 14 - needle bearing; 15 - 5th gear (remove together with synchronizer cage for 5th gear); 16 - synchronizer blocking ring for 5th gear (with tides of constipation, check the degree of wear); 17 - spring (assembly position); 18 - constipation (3 pcs assembly position); 19 - synchronizer carriage for 5th gear; 20 - sliding clutch 5th gear 21 - Belleville springs; 22 - screw M10, 80 Nm (with its help, a belleville spring adheres)
