2. Do not loosen both mounting bolts on the left and right flange shafts at the same time, as if the differential gears are turned, it will be difficult to install the bolts.
3. To replace oil seals, the corresponding flanged shaft must be removed (see resist. illustration), after separating the drive shaft from it. You can keep the flanged shaft from turning by the opposite wheel or by a lever inserted between two bolts screwed into the flange.

4. Use a suitable hook to remove the oil seal and a suitable mandrel to press it on. Before installing, lightly lubricate the outer surface of the oil seal with gear oil and half fill the inner groove of the oil seal with G052 128 grease. Press the oil seals until they stop, preventing them from twisting.
5. Use a new tapered bolt to secure the flanged shaft.
