Warning! The airbag control unit may malfunction if water gets into connector "4".
Fold the floor covering back so that the drain hose is visible. Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery. Disconnect connector "4" of the airbag control unit "J234". Cover the airbag control unit and connector with waterproof film. Place absorbent paper under the connection "3" and "6". Carefully disconnect the corner "3" from the heater/air conditioning module "1" and the coupling "6" from the body "5". Check and clean the drain hose if necessary.

Installation
Installation in reverse order. Push the flexible end "3" onto the fitting of the heater/air conditioning module until it stops. The retainer "arrow" of the fitting must enter the guide "2". If a clamp was used to secure the drain hose "3", replace it with a new one. The drain hose must pass under the wire harness of the airbag control unit "3". Insert the drain hose into the hole "1" in the body until it locks with a characteristic click "arrow". The working edge of the seal "2" must fit tightly against the hole in the body.

If the edge does not fit tightly, treat the joint between the body and the bracket with silicone sealant.
Note: The drain hose must not be twisted or pinched. When installing the floor covering, do not pinch the drain hose. Follow the procedure when connecting the negative terminal of the battery.
