Partially detach the luggage compartment door seal in the area of the D-pillar trim. Sequentially unlock the D-pillar trim fasteners "2". Unlock the fasteners "3". Slide the trim off the side trim of the luggage compartment and remove it from the car.

Installation in reverse order.
Note: Before installation, check all fastening elements for damage and replace if necessary. Make sure that the D-pillar trim fits into the tailgate seal after installation.
