Removal and installation the rear window trim (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Unlock the fasteners on the edges of the door. Unlock the fasteners on the upper edge of the door. Remove the trim.

Installation

Insert the trim at the brake light frame - "3". Fix the frame at the upper edge of the door. Bring the trunk lid trim under the ends of the rear window frame trim. Fix the rear window trim at the edges.

Note: Before installation, check all fastening elements for damage and replace if necessary.

Removal and installation rear window trim (Combi)

Remove the luggage compartment lid trim. Unlock the plastic clips "3" and remove them. Unlock the clips on the edges of the door "1". Unlock the clips on the upper edge of the door "1". Remove the trim "2".

Installation

Fix the frame at the upper edge of the door. Fix the rear window trim at the edges. Secure with plastic pins "3".

Note: Before installation, check all fastening elements for damage and replace if necessary.

Removal and installation the luggage compartment loading edge trim

Loosen screw "3". Partially detach the luggage compartment door seal in the area of the luggage compartment loading edge trim. Detach the luggage compartment loading edge "1" from the supporting panel by moving it upwards, thus unlocking the locks.

Installation

Installation in reverse order.

Note: Before installation, check all fastening elements for damage and replace if necessary.

Make sure that the luggage compartment loading edge trim is positioned within the boot lid seal edging after installation.

Removal and installation the luggage compartment loading edge trim (Combi)

Unlock the plastic pins "3" and remove them. Unscrew the screws "4" (2.5 Nm). Detach the loading edge of the luggage compartment "1" from the supporting panel by moving it upwards, thus unlocking the locks "2".
