In case of repair or replacement of the brake calipers with a new one, it is necessary to first bleed the air from the calipers before installing them in the car (without brake pads).

1. Brake caliper with parking brake cable lever: if there is a leak on the parking brake cable lever, replace the brake caliper; after replacement, first remove air from the brake caliper
2. Dust cap
3. Bleed nipple, 10 Nm; before screwing in, lubricate the threads with a thin layer of lithium grease "G 052150 A2"
4. Bolt, self-locking, 35 Nm: replace; when loosening and tightening, hold the guide pin to prevent it from turning

5. Guide pin: lubricate the protective cap before installation
6. Protective cap: Put on the brake shield and guide pins
7. Brake shield: installed using sufficient grease on the guide pins, supplied as a spare part; if the protective caps or guide pins are damaged, install them from the repair kit (to lubricate the guide pins, use the supplied grease pad)
8. Protective cap: place the outer working edge of the seal on the piston
9. Piston with automatic adjustment device: Before installation, lubricate the piston with a thin layer of mounting paste "G 052 150A2"
