Note: When performing repairs, install the entire repair kit. Use only alcohol to clean the brake system. Lubricate the brake cylinder, piston and sealing ring with a thin layer of lithium grease "G 052150 A2".

2. Bleed nipple, 10 Nm: Before screwing in, lubricate the thread with a thin layer of lithium grease "G 052150 A2"

3. Bolt, 35 Nm: replace after each removal

4. Guide pin

5. Sleeve: Install into the groove of the brake shield and guide pin, first lubricate the groove, use the grease pack in the repair kit

6. Brake shield with guide pins and protective caps: installed together with guide pins and protective caps, lubricate the pins with sufficient grease, supplied as a spare part; if the cuffs or guide pins are damaged, install a repair kit (use the included pack of grease to lubricate the guide pins)

7. Protective cap: do not damage when installing the piston

2. Bleed nipple, 10 Nm: Before screwing in, lubricate the thread with a thin layer of lithium grease "G 052 150 A2"

3. Bearing bush: insert into the brake caliper

4. Guide pin, 30 Nm

5. Protective caps: insert into the support sleeve

6. Brake mechanism support

7. Sealing ring

8. Pistons: Before installing, lubricate the pistons with lithium grease "G 052 150 A2"

9. Protective cover: do not damage when installing the piston
