Caution! Risk of destruction of the already used poly V-belt when installing it in the opposite direction. If you do not plan to replace the poly V-belt, then before removing it, mark the direction of the belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen.
To loosen the poly V-belt, use a spanner to turn the tensioner counterclockwise "arrow". Lock the tensioners with the "T10060 A" lock. Remove the poly V-belt.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Install the poly V-belt on the pulleys.
1. Crankshaft pulley
2. Tension roller
3. Generator
4. Air conditioning compressor
Hold the tensioner with a spanner and remove the "T10060 A" lock. Release the tensioner. Check the correct reeving of the poly V-belt. Start the engine and check the movement of the poly V-belt.
