1. 180 Nm and turn further by 135°: the turn can be performed in several stages, for example 90° + 45°; replace after disassembly; unscrew and tighten using the stop -T30004 (3415)-; there is no need to additionally lubricate the thread and flange

2. Crankshaft toothed pulley: there should be no oil on the mating surfaces of the pulley and crankshaft; installation is possible only in one position

3. 20 Nm

4. Guide roller

5. 20 Nm, and tighten by 45° (⅛ of a turn): replace after disassembly

6. Tension roller

7. Toothed belt: Before removing, mark the direction of the belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen; check the degree of wear

8. 100 Nm: when loosening and tightening, use the "T10172" stop with adapters -T10172/11; additional lubrication of the thread and flange is not necessary

9.9 Nm

10. Camshaft toothed pulley; there should be no oil on the mating surfaces of the toothed pulley and camshaft
