Unscrew the engine support "arrow" bolts one by one and replace them if this was not done when installing the engine. First, just loosen the bolts.
Move the power unit with a crowbar until the following clearances are reached. Between engine support "2" and engine bracket "1" there must be a distance of a- = 10 mm. The cast edge of the engine support bracket must be parallel to the engine support console. Dimension -b- = dimension -b-.
Note: The distance "a" = 10 mm can also be checked using, for example, a suitable rod.
Tighten the support mounting bolts.
Note: The example shows a gearbox support with two threaded connections.
Unscrew the "arrow" nut and release the ground wire.
Alternately unscrew the bolts "arrow" of the gearbox support "1" and replace them if this was not done when installing the engine. First, just loosen the bolts.
Check the parallelism of the ribs of console "1" and the supports of the control unit "2" from the control unit side. Size -x-= size -x-.
Installation in reverse order.
