Removal and installation engine mounts (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Remove the engine casing. Disconnect the hose "1" of the crankcase ventilation system from the cylinder head cover by pressing the hose clamps. Release the vacuum hoses "arrows" on the air pipe. Loosen the clamp "3", disconnect the air duct from the mass air flow meter "G70". Unscrew the screw "2", move the air duct with the intake manifold fitting back and disconnect from the turbocharger.



Disconnect connector "1". Remove bracket "2" with fuel hoses. Use a screwdriver to unlock the "arrow" fasteners, set the expansion tank of the cooling system aside.



Disconnect bracket "3" with fuel hoses. Unscrew nut "2" and screws "1". Move aside fuel filter "4". Hang the engine in the mounting position.



Unscrew the "arrow" screws, remove bracket "1".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Checking the adjustment of the power unit supports.
