For vehicles with engine letter designation CRVC
Remove the neutralizer. Drain the coolant. Loosen clamp "1" and disconnect the hose. Unscrew the nuts "see arrows". Secure the coolant pipe at the top, for example, with cable clamps.
Unscrew screws "1" using the "T10347" attachment, loosen nuts "2". Remove connecting tube "A".
Open the clamps "arrows", disconnect the coolant hoses and unscrew the EGR temperature sensor "G98" "1" with a suitable key from the set -T10395 A-.
Unscrew screws "1" using the XZN 10 -T10501 - attachment, unscrew the vacuum line bracket "2". Disconnect the vacuum line from the EGR radiator.
Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the EGR radiator "A", carefully passing it through the tunnel.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace self-locking nuts and screws as well as sealing rings and gaskets after removal. Use clamps identical to those installed at the factory to secure all hoses. Install cable ties in the appropriate places.
Install the neutralizer. Fill with coolant.
