Removal
Note: The engine must be cold.
1. Open the expansion tank cap to relieve excess pressure in the cooling system, then close the cap, screwing it on until you hear a distinctive click.
2. Remove the soundproofing coating.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (2) shown in the figure below.
Note: Place a rag under the sensor to collect any leaking coolant.

4. Loosen the fastening clamp (3) shown in the figure below, then disconnect and remove the coolant temperature sensor at the radiator outlet.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note: O-rings must always be replaced after disassembly.
1. Install the front part of the insulator.
2. Check the coolant level in the system.
