Remove the noise-insulating casing. Remove the poly V-belt. Loosen the bolt "arrow" using the stop "T10475". Unscrew the bolt and remove the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley.
Caution! Risk of engine damage. Do not turn the crankshaft with the crankshaft pulley removed - this may change the valve timing.
Installation
Note: Replace the screws that are tightened by turning the specified angle. All contact surfaces between the bolt, the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley and the crankshaft toothed pulley must be degreased.
Install the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley, screw in the bolts with lubricated threads by hand until they stop. Tighten the bolt "arrow" using the stop "T10475".
Installation is in reverse order. Install the poly V-belt.
