Carefully! Risk of engine damage. It is forbidden to turn the crankshaft with the crankshaft pulley removed - this can lead to a change in the valve timing.
Remove oil seal by prying it out with puller -T20143/2- -arrow-. Clean the working and seating surfaces.
Note: Do not lubricate new lip seal.
Push a new oil seal in -direction of arrow- over the tool -T10485/3- onto the tool -T10485/2-. Mounting position: The closed side of the lip seal points towards the press-in sleeve.
Remove drift -T10485/3- in -direction of arrow-.
Push drift -T10485/2- with lip seal -1- onto crankshaft.
Press in oil seal -2- to stop using drift -T10485/1- and pulley bolt -1-.
Install the crankshaft sprocket to the crankshaft. The contact surfaces between the crankshaft V-ribbed belt pulley and the crankshaft toothed pulley must be degreased. The milled flat part -arrow- of the crankshaft pulley must sit on the milled flat on the crankshaft toe. Install toothed belt (adjust valve timing).
