Details and units of toothed belt transmission


1. Timing belt: Before removing, mark the direction of the belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen; check for wear

2. 25 Nm

3. Tension roller: when removing and installing, remove the engine support bracket 47 Nm

5. Filler cap

6. 50 Nm and turn further by 135° (3/8 rev): replace

7. Exhaust camshaft toothed pulley: with valve timing adjuster

8. Washer

9. Centering sleeve

10. Intake camshaft toothed pulley: with valve timing adjuster

11. 50 Nm and turn further by 135° (3/8 turn): replace

12. O-ring: replace

13. Threaded plug, 20 Nm

14. Spacer sleeve: with O-ring seal; replace the sealing ring

15. Guide roller

16. 40 Nm

17. Crankshaft toothed pulley: there should be no oil on the mating surfaces of the pulley and crankshaft; installation is possible only in one position

Tightening torque of the threaded plug / hole "TDC" in the cylinder block



Note: Replace damaged sealing ring.


Tighten the threaded plug "arrow" to a torque of 30 Nm.
