Remove the air filter housing assembly if it interferes with access to the clutch hydraulic lines. Disconnect the battery ground wire. Remove the battery.

Caution! Risk of brake fluid leakage. When performing the following work, make sure that no brake fluid gets on the side members or the gearbox. If this happens, the area must be thoroughly cleaned. Place a lint-free cloth under the master cylinder.
Clamp hose "2" for operation after shutdown to the master cylinder using the hose clamp -MP7-602 (3094)-.

Note: If the after-run hose is pinched with the hose clamp -MP7-602 (3094)-, it will be deformed. However, the after-run hose remains functional. After removing the hose clamp -MP7-602 (3094)-, if necessary, return the after-run hose to its original working condition.
Pull out the clamp "3" on the hose line as far as it will go and remove the hose line. Seal the holes. Disconnect the hose line "2" from the clutch master cylinder and seal it with the sealing device "T10249/1". Move the driver's seat as far back as possible. Raise the steering wheel as much as possible, using the entire range of adjustment of the steering column.

If present, remove driver's knee airbag "1".

Remove the deflector "1" in the footwell on the driver's side.

Remove the diagnostic interface for the data bus from the holder "J533" "1" and take it aside.

Unscrew screw "2", detach shock absorber "1" and move to the side.

Note: When working in the footwell, protect the floor covering from leaking brake fluid with a rag.
Disconnect connector "2" of clutch pedal position sensor "G476". Unscrew nuts "arrows", remove bracket "1".

Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: After each dismantling, the self-locking nuts must be replaced.
Install the shock strut "1" and tighten the screw "2". Install the diagnostic interface for the data bus "J533". Install the deflector in the footwell on the driver's side. Install the driver's knee airbag, if removed. Connect the hose "1" to the nipple. Connect the after-run hose "2" to the clutch master cylinder. After removing the hose clamp -MP7-602 (3094)-, if necessary, return the after-run hose to its original working condition.
All
