Crankshaft pulley — removal and installation (Skoda Rapid NH1)

Removal

1. Remove the accessory drive belt.

2. Remove the crankshaft pulley mounting bolts (arrows), holding the pulley from turning by the central bolt using a socket wrench, as shown in the figure below.



3. Completely unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the crankshaft pulley.

Installation

1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Note: Make sure the pulley is installed on the crankshaft properly.
