Note: Repairs may only be carried out in specialist service centres that have the necessary equipment for work on the refrigerant circuit and qualified personnel. To prevent moisture from penetrating, all unsealed units in the refrigerant circuit are sealed with suitable plugs. When replacing, observe the prescribed amount of oil in the refrigerant circuit.
Remove the front bumper. Remove the bracket with the radiator fans. Remove the air duct on the engine compartment bulkhead. Pump out the refrigerant using an air conditioning system servicing stand. Disconnect the refrigerant pipes from the condenser. Press the latches on the left and right sides of the "arrow" and turn the radiator with the condenser upwards towards the engine so that the condenser can be removed.

Note: If the "arrow" fasteners crack when compressed, then during reassembly, screw "1" (5 Nm) is used to secure the radiator to the wall.

Unlock the clamps on the left and right "1" by pressing them "arrow A" and push the capacitor "3" up "arrow B" out of the housing "2".

Installation
Installation in reverse order. Insert the capacitor into the "arrow" support until the locks "1" are locked. Replace the sealing rings.
Note: Minor dents in the fins are not considered damage and are not a reason for replacing the radiator/intercooler/condenser.
