Removal and installation the left and right air ducts to the rear passenger footwell
Note: Removing the air ducts from both sides is done in the same way.
Remove the driver's seat or front passenger seat. Remove the center console. Remove the floor covering fasteners at the front. Lift the floor covering, disconnect the air duct from the cross member and disconnect it from the heater.
Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: When installing the air duct, you must first connect it to the "arrow" heater module, and then attach it to the crossbar.
Removal and installation the front air duct under the center console
Remove the center console.
Note: If the car does not have a central rear deflector, a plug "1" is installed on the deflector in the climate control module. The plug is removed by moving it in the direction of "arrow A".
Tilt air duct "2" upwards "arrow B", disconnect it from the heater/air conditioning module "arrow C" and remove.
Installation in reverse order.
Removal and installation the driver's footwell air duct
Remove the foot airbag. Unscrew screw "1" (1.5 Nm) and remove deflector "2".
Installation in reverse order.
Removal and installation the front passenger footwell air duct
Unscrew screw "2" and remove screen "1". Remove the glove box.
Unscrew screw "2" (1.5 Nm), if available. Press out piston "4" "arrow", disconnect the deflector and remove it downwards.
Installation in reverse order.
Removal and installation the air duct spacer to the windshield deflectors and to the central deflectors
Remove the front panel. Remove the "arrow" spacer pins and remove the spacers "1" and "2".
Installation in reverse order.
