Attention! Observe safety rules when handling pyrotechnic components. Before starting work with pyrotechnic units (for example, by disconnecting an electrical connector) the mechanic must remove any static charge from himself.
Remove the front seat. Remove the left trim without height adjustment or with height adjustment. Remove the right trim. Disconnect the connectors (depending on the vehicle configuration). Remove screws -2 and 4- (35 Nm). Disconnect the backrest frame "3" from the seat frame "1".
Installation in reverse order.
Removal and installation the lumbar support frame
Remove the seat. Remove the backrest. Remove the upholstery and take the foam cushion out of the backrest. Unscrew the screws "3" (2 Nm) and disconnect the lumbar support adjustment mechanism from the backrest frame "1". Disconnect the side fasteners -6 and 5- on both sides from the backrest frame "1". Disconnect the side springs -2 and 7- from the backrest frame -1. Disconnect the lumbar support frame "4" from the fasteners at the top "arrows". Remove the lumbar support frame "4" from the backrest frame.

Remove the headrest guides
Note: For better clarity, the headrest guides are shown in a dismantled position.
Remove the front seat. Remove the front seat belt buckle. Remove the seat trim on the tunnel side. Remove the seat trim on the door sill side: Seat, non-height-adjustable. Seat, height-adjustable. Remove the front seat backrest upholstery and cushion. Release the lock "arrow a" of the headrest guide with button "1". Remove the headrest guide together with button "1" from the backrest "3". Open the lock "arrow B" of the headrest guide "2". Remove the headrest guide "2" from the backrest panel "3".
Installation in reverse order.
Removal the headrest
Using, for example, a screwdriver, unlock the headrest lock "1" located under the backrest upholstery. Similarly, unlock the lock on the other side. Pull the headrest out of the guides.
Note: For better clarity, the headrest guides are shown partially removed. When unlocking, do not damage the backrest upholstery.
