Replacement of seat heating elements should be entrusted to car service specialists. Replacement is carried out only by completely dismantling the seat assembly. To avoid damage to the seat upholstery, do not attempt to replace the heaters yourself. The average amateur mechanic is only capable of removing and installing the system switch (see section Removal and installation switches).
