Removal and installation the intercooler (Skoda Octavia 5E)

Disconnect connector "1". Remove the air conditioning compressor from the "arrow" bracket and tie it up. Place a tray under the "VAS 6208" crane. Remove the fan casing.



Open clamp "1" and push hose "arrow" to the side.



Loosen clamps "1" and disconnect the cooling system hoses. Unscrew screws "arrows" and remove the intercooler.



Remove intercooler "1" from the intake manifold moving forward and simultaneously in the direction of the "arrow".

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Install seal "1" on intercooler "2" in the direction of the "arrow". Insert a new seal into the groove on the intake manifold.



Tighten the screws "arrows" crosswise from the center to the edges. Install the clamps "1". Install the fan casing. Check the coolant level.
