Note: Observe the rules for maintaining cleanliness. When installing, secure all heat-insulating cuffs in their original places. If mechanical defects of the turbocharger are detected (for example, destruction of the pump section wheel), it is not enough to just replace the turbocharger. To avoid further damage, the following work must be performed. Check the cleanliness of the air filter housing, filter element and air ducts. Check the entire boost tract and intercooler for foreign bodies. If any are found, clean the entire boost tract and intercooler, and replace if necessary.
Drain the coolant. Unscrew screws "1" and remove the heat shield of the propeller shaft on the right side, if there is one.
Unscrew the "arrow" screws, remove the pressure oil line "1" and the return oil line "2".
Unscrew screw "2" and remove the screw clamp. Unscrew screw "1", unscrew the nuts "arrows" and tie up the neutralizer.
Loosen clamps "1" and "2" and remove the air duct. Release the air hoses on the air duct.
Disconnect connector "1". Unlock the "arrow" latches and remove the air duct.
Press the release buttons and disconnect the hose "1" going to the adsorber. Unscrew the screws "arrows" and remove the crankcase ventilation system hose.
Disconnect connector "2". Unscrew the screws "arrows" and remove pipe "1".
Loosen clamp "2" and remove the cooling system hose. Unscrew screws "arrows" and move the cooling system hoses "1" to the right.
Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the heat shield bracket "1".
Unscrew the "arrow" nuts and remove the turbocharger.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Insert screwdriver "2" into the groove "arrow" of the turbocharger and, having hooked, remove the sealing ring "1".
Note: Replace the O-rings, gaskets and union nuts of the cylinder head. Fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the oil pressure line nipple. Secure all hose connections with clamps that match those installed at the factory. After installing the turbocharger, let the engine idle for about 1 minute to ensure proper oil supply to the turbocharger. Avoid premature acceleration.
Fill with coolant.
