Note: If a large amount of metal shavings or wear marks are found in the engine during repair, this may be due to damage to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. To prevent further damage, the following work must be performed after repair: thoroughly clean the oil channels; replace oil injectors, engine oil cooler and oil filter. Piston cooling nozzle and pressure reducing valve.

1. 8 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn)
2. Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"
3. O-ring: replace
4. Oil drain plug, 30 Nm: replace
5. O-ring: replace
6. Lower part of the oil pan
7. 8 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn): replace
8. Centering sleeve, 2 pcs.
9. Cover: Oil pump drive sprockets
10. Drive chain: oil pump; before removing, mark the direction of travel with a color mark
11. 8 Nm and turn 90° (¼ turn): replace
12. Upper part of the oil pan
13. Flow shut-off device
14. Sprocket: oil pump drive
15. Landing pin
16. Oil filter, 20 Nm: remove and install with oil filter wrench "3417"; before installation, lightly lubricate the sealing ring with clean engine oil
17. Gasket: with mesh filter
18. Oil pump
19. 10 Nm
20. O-ring: replace
21. Oil intake: clean the mesh filter if it is dirty
22. 12 Nm: replace
