Caution! Risk of damage due to reverse running direction of a used poly V-belt. Before removing the poly V-belt, mark its running direction with chalk or a felt-tip pen.
Turn the tensioner to release the poly V-belt tension in the "direction of the arrow". Fix the tensioner using the mandrel -T10060 A-. Remove the poly V-belt.
Installation
Installation is in reverse order. Insert the poly V-belt as shown in the figure.
1. Poly V-belt pulley
2. Poly V-belt tension roller
3. Generator pulley
4. Air conditioning compressor pulley
Turn the tensioner in the direction of the "arrow" and remove the lock -T10060 A-. Release the tensioner. Check the correct installation of the poly V-belt. Start the engine and check the movement of the poly V-belt.
