Caution! Risk of engine damage. Do not turn the crankshaft from the TDC position with the pulley removed, as this may change the valve timing.

Remove the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley. If the poly V-belt pulley is not to be installed immediately, screw the pulley mounting bolt back in together with the "T10368" mandrel.
Note: This step is important because otherwise the crankshaft sprocket may become warped and the entire timing chain drive will have to be readjusted.

Installation
Installation in reverse order.
Note: Replace the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley fastening screw. The sealing ring "1" is supplied with the screw, moisten with engine oil before installation.
Remove any remaining oil from the crankshaft journal using a clean rag. Install the crankshaft poly V-belt pulley, taking into account the toothed contour "arrow", and tighten the bolt.
