1. 9 Nm: to the fuel rail of MPI injectors

High pressure pump: with fuel pressure regulating valve "N₂76"; the fuel tank contains an electric fuel pump that supplies fuel to the mechanical fuel pump; when installing the high-pressure pump, make sure that no contaminants enter the fuel system; to install a high pressure pump, there must be no excess pressure in the fuel system; relieve pressure in the fuel system; Install fuel lines without causing stress

9. Branch pipe: pressure fuel line: replacement; 1.8L engine: 40 Nm; 2.0L engine: 30 Nm

10. Union nut, 27 Nm: pressure fuel line; pressure fuel line to the fuel rail of FSI injectors; lubricate the spherical tips of the pressure fuel line with engine oil; lay the pressure fuel line without creating stress (keeping clean)

11. Fuel feed pipe nipple: 1.8L engine: 15 Nm, 2.0L engine: 20 Nm

12. Clamp: replace

14. Fuel pressure line: to the fuel rail of the MPI injectors; lay without creating stress (keeping clean)

21. Intake manifold flap potentiometer "G336": After removing and installing or replacing the intake manifold flap potentiometer "G336", it must be adapted again to the engine control unit "J623"

22. Intake manifold nuts, 9 Nm

23. Intake manifold screws, 9 Nm

24. Gasket: check, replace if damaged

25. Low fuel pressure sensor "G410", 15 Nm: must be screwed with adapter "pos. 26"

26. Adapter, 15 Nm: must be screwed together with the low fuel pressure sensor "G410"; replace the sealing ring

27. O-ring: replace

28. Bracket: for fixing the low fuel pressure sensor "G410" in the fuel rail
