1. Intermediate ring: replace
2. Fastening: replace
3. Combustion chamber sealing ring (teflon): replace; when installing it, it must not be lubricated or treated with other means to improve sliding - replace
4. Nozzle
5. Distance ring: replace
6. Sealing ring (when installing, lightly lubricate with clean engine oil): replace
7. Support ring (the force is transmitted through the support ring from the fuel rail, reliably holding the injector in the cylinder head): replace
Note: Injectors may only be removed when the engine is cold.
Remove the intake manifold. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor connector "G247" and all injector connectors. Unscrew the "arrow" screws and remove the fuel rail from the cylinder head. If the injectors remain in the fuel rail: carefully remove the injectors from the fuel rail guides. If the injectors remain in the cylinder head: cover the open inlet channels with a clean rag.

Install the "T10133/18" mandrel on the injector.

Tap the mandrel gently to release the nozzle.
Note: Use a torque wrench to remove the injector. Set the torque wrench to 5 Nm.

Insert the puller -T10133/2A- into the groove on the injector. Then install the puller T10133/16A. Remove the injector by screwing in the screw with the torque wrench "1". If the injector is not removed when the maximum torque of 5 Nm is reached, the puller should be removed and the injector mount should be loosened again by hitting the mandrel.
Note: Failure to comply with the torque limit can easily lead to destruction of the injector. Before each reinstallation of the injector, the combustion chamber sealing ring must be replaced.

Replace the combustion chamber sealing ring and install the injector.
