Fuel tank with installed parts (Skoda Fabia 5J)

1 - Cork; 2 - Seal; 3 - Fuel tank filler cap module, with dust cover; 4 - Gravity valve, to remove, release the valve from the clamps by pulling it upwards, check the valve capacity: valve - in a vertical position: valve is open, valve - at an angle of 45°: valve is closed; 5 - "Ground" connection; 6 - 10 Nm; 7 - Air bleed tube, secured to the fuel tank; 8 - 25 Nm; 9 - Fuel tank; 10 - Tightening band clamp; 11 - Fuel (fuel pump) pump, with fuel gauge sensor "G"; 12 - Replace the sealing ring. To install the fuel pump flange, wet it with fuel only on the inside; 13 - Union nut, removal and installation - using the key "MP 1-227 (3217)"; 14 - Fuel supply line to the fuel filter, ensure secure installation, black; 15 - Return fuel line, check for tightness of installation, blue; 16 - Air valve, to remove, release the valve on the pipe from the clamping clamps by bending it to the side, before starting installation, unscrew the cover; 17 - O-ring seal, replace

1 - Inlet hose to tandem pump, white marking; 2 - Fill the fuel filter before installing it, do not mix up the connections, replace if damaged, when removing it, disconnect the fuel supply line, press the clamps of the plastic casing outward and remove the fuel filter upwards; 3 - Connecting hose; 4 - Drain hose, to the fuel tank, blue marking; 5 - Drain hose, from a tandem pump, blue marking; 6 - Combination valve; 7 - Supply hose, from the fuel tank, white marking; 8 - 25 Nm; 9 - Holder; 10 - Plastic casing, with the holder forms a single spare part
