Front Exhaust System — General Installation Diagram (Skoda Octavia 5E)

1. 20 Nm

2. Bracket: replace if damaged

5. Neutralizer bracket

6. Intake pipe with neutralizer: the bellows must not be bent more than 101, due to the possibility of damage; do not subject the bellows to tensile load; avoid damaging the bellows; protect the neutralizer from impacts and shocks; when installing a new bellows, remove its protection as late as possible

7. Mounting clamp: replace

8. Turbocharger

9. Nut

10. 23 Nm

11. Coupling: Before tightening, remove tension in the exhaust system; tighten threaded connections evenly

Install the coupling in the position shown.



Angle -α- = about 20°. Screw connection is directed to the right. Nuts up.
