Removal



1. Remove the rear door window lift handle.

2. Remove the rear door trim panel (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).

3. Fix the rear door glass with adhesive tape.

4. Unscrew the fastening screws (2) shown in the figure below.

5. Remove the mechanical drive (1) from the window lift mechanism drive drum supports (3), as shown in the figure below.

Installation



1. Install the mechanical drive on the supports of the mechanical window lift drum. Raise the glass and carefully lower it so that the drive shaft securely engages with the window lift drum.

2. Install and tighten the window lifter mechanical drive mounting screws to a tightening torque of 3 Nm.
