Removing
1. Remove rear door trim panel (for details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
2. Fix the door glass with pieces of adhesive tape.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector shown in the figure below (4).
4. Unscrew the fastening screws (2), as shown in the figure below.
5. Remove the power window motor together with the control unit (1) from the supports and disconnect it from the drive drum (3), as shown in the figure below.
Installation
Attention. Need to encode (initialize), when replaced, a new power window servo motor.
1. Install the power window servo motor (1) on the drive drum supports (3), as shown in the figure below. Raise the door glass and carefully lower it so that the electric motor engages with the drive drum.
2. Install and tighten the fastening screws (2), shown in the figure below with a tightening torque of 3 Nm.
3. Connect the wiring harness connector (4), as shown in the figure below.
4. Initialize the power window servo motor (if you installed a new electric motor).
5. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
