Removal
1. Remove the rear door glass assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
2. Remove the outer seal.
3. Remove the protective film from the bolts (2) shown in the figure below.
4. Unscrew the mounting bolts (2).
5. Carefully remove the rear door glass guide (for more details, see the relevant section in this chapter).
6. Remove the fixed glass seal from the inside of the rear door, near the door frame, so that the special tool can be inserted as shown in the figure below.
7. Install the special tool (T30116) (3) between the glass panel and the door frame in the position shown in the figure below.
8. Carefully detach the fixed glass (1) from the door frame.
9. Install the special tool (T10236) (4) between the fixed door glass panel and the door frame as shown in the figure below.
10. Carefully detach the fixed glass (1) from the door frame.
11. Gently press on the glass and remove it from the rear door frame.
Installation
1. Install the fixed glass into the rear door frame assembly.
2. Install the mounting bolts into the holes on the door frame and secure them.
3. Press on the seal around the glass, then adjust its position relative to the door.
4. Install the mounting bolts (2), tighten them to a tightening torque of 8 Nm, as shown in the figure above.
5. Apply protective film to the mounting bolts.
6. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
