Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the wiper arm (see Section Removal and installation of levers of screen wipers).
3. Remove the protective cap from the drive motor spindle, then loosen the fixing nut and remove the washer and outer seal.
4. Remove the panel of internal furnish from a back door, then give the fixing screw and remove a grasping loop. Carefully peel off the insulating film from the door in order to provide access to the wiper motor.
5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the metal bracket established over the button of the door lock.
6. Disconnect the electrical wiring, then give the mounting screw and remove the motor assembly from its seat. Remove the inner seal and washer from the motor spindle (s). Remove the annular bushing from the rubber pad of the support. Check the condition of the rubber components. Replace defective seals and support pad.
Installation
1. Put a washer on the motor spindle (s) and internal seal.
2. Move the motor assembly to its regular place, then install the annular sleeve on the support pad and screw in the fixing screw.
3. Slide the outer seal and washer onto the spindle, then screw on and securely tighten the spindle nut.
4. Firmly tighten the motor fixing screw, then connect the wiring.
5. Install the metal bracket on the door, firmly tightening its fasteners.
6. Attach the insulation film and interior trim panel to the door.
7. Reinstall the wiper arm (see Section Removal and installation of levers of screen wipers), then connect the negative cable to the battery.
