Removal
1. Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers.
2. Remove the door trim panel from which you need to remove the audio system speaker (for more details, see the relevant section in the Body chapter).
Remove the main power window switch trim panel. Then disconnect the wiring harness connectors.
Using a special device (T10383, 3409), detach the trim panel.
Turn the nut 90° using a SW10 wrench to release the clamp
Unscrew the mounting screws. Tightening torque during installation is 4 Nm.
Attention. When detaching the front door trim panel, there is a high probability of damaging the fastening elements. To avoid this, it is necessary to detach the panel in the strict sequence shown in the figure below, using a special tool.

Using a special tool (T10383/1, T10383), detach the trim panel from the fastening elements in a certain sequence.
Pull the trim panel upwards, releasing it from under the inner door glass seal.
Push the Bowden cable into the door trim panel, releasing it from the door lock release control mechanism, in the direction of the arrow and disconnect its end.
Disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the front door trim panel.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the audio system speaker.
4. Using a suitable drill bit, drill out the rivets (arrows) securing the audio system speaker as shown in the figure below.
Note: Rivets must be drilled out completely and thoroughly so that no parts of them remain in the holes. Otherwise, they may begin to corrode.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
