Checking engine emission control systems (Skoda Felicia)

1. A detailed description of the check of the condition of the components of the toxicity reduction systems is given in Chapter Power supply system.

2. During the inspection, the external condition of the system components, hoses and electrical wiring is primarily assessed for signs of mechanical damage, traces of leaks and loose contact connections.

3. A detailed check of the proper functioning of the EGR system must be carried out in a workshop of a Skoda branded service center.
