  • When removing or disassembling any part, be careful not to damage or deform them. Parts that may interfere with the work must be covered with cloth.
  • When removing parts using a screwdriver or other tool, protect the parts by wrapping the end of the tool with electrical or vinyl tape.
  • Cover the removed parts with a clean cloth.
  • If the clamps are deformed or damaged, replace them with new ones.
  • Replace disposable parts with new ones after each removal.
  • Tighten bolts and nuts securely to the specified tightening torques.
  • After completing the assembly, make sure that each part is in good working order.
  • Remove paint as follows:

A) Water-soluble paints: dip the fabric in warm water and squeeze well; after removing paint, wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.

C) Oil paints: dilute synthetic detergent in warm water (two- or three-percent solution); dip the fabric into the solution and then remove the paint. After this, dip the soft cloth into fresh water and then wring it out well. After this, remove the detergent completely. Wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth.
  • Do not use organic solvents or gasoline.
  • When performing procedures that require removing the hood, cover the lower edge of the windshield with a suitable material.
