Removal
Caution: When the engine has reached normal operating temperature, the coolant in the cooling system is under pressure, so there is a high risk of burns if the expansion tank cap is opened carelessly. Therefore, before opening the cap, you need to place a clean rag on it, and then unscrew it slowly, thereby reducing excess pressure in the system.
1. Open the cover of the expansion tank of the cooling system assembly.
2. Remove the intake manifold assembly (for more details, see the relevant section in the chapter "Gasoline engines").
3. Loosen the mounting clamps and disconnect the water hoses (arrows) shown in the figure below.
4. Remove the water pipe.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Note:
- Always replace the sealing rings after disassembly.
- Check the coolant level in the cooling system.
