1. Remove the oil filler plug.
2. For vehicles with a damping underbody plate, the plate must be removed.
3. Having unscrewed the oil drain plug, drain the flowing oil into a previously prepared vessel.
Attention! It is absolutely essential to comply with the relevant norms and regulations for oil management and the disposal of used oils.
4. After cleaning the oil drain plug, install a new O-ring and tighten to the correct torque: Sheet steel engine sump: 30 Nm Aluminum engine sump: 40 Nm.
5. Reattach the oil filler plug.
6. Start the engine and check for oil leakage anywhere.
7. For vehicles with underbody damping plate, it must be fitted.
8. Check the oil level again and top up if necessary.
9. After filling the oil, wait 3 minutes and then check the oil level.
Attention! In order to prevent the catalytic converter from becoming unusable, the oil level must not exceed the reference mark -a-.
10. Check the engine oil level again and top up if necessary.
Filling volumes of oil
Along with changing the oil filter:
- 3.5 l (motor 55 kW.);
- 4.7 l (motor 92 kW.);
- 4.5 l (motor 66 kW.).
